The U9 Boys Gold team won the U10 division of the 2011 Michigan Challenge Cup soccer tournament in Lansing on August 13-14, going undefeated and wining the championship game 1-0 in overtime. It was a wet weekend of soccer but the boys managed to pull out two 3-2 wins over the Michigan Jaguars and Canton Celtic.  This was followed by the dramatic Championship Game win over TNT Dynamite West, played mostly in a downpour and won on a lone goal in overtime. Congratulations to Coach Roberts and the team on a great start to the 2011 season.
