Fields
- Brewer Park
Welcome
to the Brewer Park Soccer Fields:
In order to make this season
enjoyable and smooth running for, all please take a moment to read
the following information and pass it out to your coaches and parents.
Although the soccer fields are located within a county park but the
county is not responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and cleaning
of these fields-the clubs that use them are. Therefore with everyone’s
cooperation these fields can be the fields that EVERYONE wants to
play at for many years to come!
All game fees will be paid in full PRIOR to play. These will be mailed
to :
Brewer Park Soccer Fund
Checks made out to “Brewer Park Soccer Fund”

1. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FIELDS AT ANY TIME-This includes dogs
on a leash and dogs that are held: Not even along the back of the fields
by 84th St.. There are signs posted at each field stating this. Team
managers need to inform their visiting teams of this condition so there
is no confusion.
2. *****Remind all teams to Pick Up Their Trash. ALL TEAMS whether
home or visitors are asked to be responsible and clean up after themselves-that
includes the spectators. The county park system does not clean up the
soccer fields so we are responsible. If the county does have to clean
up after any soccer game the Association is subject to a fine. If the
Association is fined that fee will be passed along to the teams that
were using that field that day. If the fields have been played on all
day the fee will be passed on to the last to teams on the field that
day- (both home team and visiting team). So please do you part to keep
things picked up.
3. Flags: We will supply the flags for your game. If your team is
the First team during the day on that field, it is your responsibility
to place 1 set of flags on your field. (Leave the bungee cord on 1
of flags for bundling at the end of the day) If your team is the Last
team on the field, it is your responsibility to remove and rebundle
the flags and place them at field # 3 for pickup.
4. There is a field box left at field # 3 for most games. In this
box will be any small Lost and Found items, extra zip ties for nets,
extra tent stakes and wasp/bee spray if needed. If any items are found
after a game of value, please leave them either in the box or besides
the box.
5. Brewer Park Committee will paint the fields – No
other group will be allowed to mark the fields in any way without
prior written permission from the Field Director.
6. NO TAPE OF ANY KIND WILL BE USED ON THE GOALS. Only Zip ties or
Velcro straps are to be used to hang the nets. There are extra zip
ties in the field box located at field #3 each weekend.
7. Please do not park on any of the grass- that
includes the grass in the medium and along the edge of the drive.
It may mean that you may not be able to park in front of your field
but there is plenty of parking by the playground. The sheriff’s
department can and will be called if this is continually a problem
to issue tickets.
8. Restrooms are located by the playground at
the shelter. Port -a -Jons are provided at the field. Anyone observed
not using either one by a County Parks Personal or the designated
Brewer Park Field Person will be asked to leave immediately—whether
they are a player on a team or not. No exceptions.
There are 4 Full size soccer fields and 2 regulation
size U10/U11 soccer fields and 2 U9. With everyone’s co-operation,
these fields will remain fields that everyone can be proud of and
enjoy playing on.
Thank you,
Brewer Park Soccer Association
