GRCJ Concentrates on Top Play, Top Coaching and Top Operations.
Our club philosophy is to recognize the importance of soccer development at the AYSO/Recreational level and further within our club structure; use that framework to identify and develop our best young players for further success by training and showcasing them to the best college programs in the country.

Through the continued education of our coaches and staff we believe in building a club environment where everybody will feel a sense of belonging. Whether our players are here to just enjoy the game of soccer or use it as a spring board to college the GRCJ believe we can make a difference on and off the field.
