Jeff Brown

Jeff’s initial soccer education took place in his native England, where he also had an extensive career in the British Army, including many overseas assignments. He has a degree in Sports Therapy and Fitness Instruction. When Jeff left home he went to the East Coast of the US for various soccer jobs including Coaching Director for PlaySoccer Inc. More recently and local to West Michigan, he was Director of Coaching for Georgetown Rangers and a club coach for Alliance FC. Jeff’s extensive soccer licenses include UEFA (European Soccer Federation) equivalences to the USSF A, B, C and D license. One of Jeff’s primary responsibilities is to work closely with the coaching staff of the Columbus Crew to create the premier youth player development program in Major League Soccer.
